Moreland Hills Sport Court Renovation

Prime Sealcoating was selected to complete a full renovation of this private sport court in Moreland Hills, Ohio. The existing surface showed signs of age, cracking, and wear, requiring extensive preparation before new coatings could be applied.

The project began with surface preparation and crack repair utilizing a reinforced crack treatment system designed to address existing movement and help extend the life of the court. Areas of deterioration were repaired and leveled to provide a uniform playing surface.

Following repairs, the court received multiple applications of acrylic resurfacer to restore surface consistency and prepare the court for color coatings. Premium SportMaster color systems were then applied to create a vibrant, durable finish designed specifically for athletic play.

In addition to resurfacing, the project included installation of new basketball equipment, refinishing of existing court accessories, and application of custom game line layouts to accommodate multiple sports. The completed court features dedicated tennis, pickleball, and basketball play areas, maximizing the functionality of the space while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

The finished result transformed an aging court into a modern recreational facility designed to provide years of enjoyment for the homeowner and guests.
